After the hire
Every placement includes The First Ninety Days: check-ins with you and your assistant at day seven, thirty, and ninety, recalibrating the role as real life tests it. If it is not right, we run the search again at no charge.

The fee is 20% of first-year salary, on a direct-to-hire structure. You hire directly; we run the search.
